Class designed for those managing through cancer treatments, in remission or in bereavement groups.  Includes gentle warm ups, guided pranayama and meditation, standing poses and a restorative savasana

Build strength and flexibility throughout the entire core muscular system (abdomen, obliques, back, buttocks) in order to tone the body and improve balance and posture.

YOGA

Lengthen, strengthen, build flexibility and create ease in body, mind & spirit in this integrated class that combines pranayama, asana & a brief meditation.
